In-depth guide

Step 1: submit your application

You can enter your date, occasion, and contact details via the contact form on our website. Do you already have specific wishes? Feel free to include them in the comments – the more we know in advance, the better we can assess what is possible.

Step 2: a response within 24 hours

You will receive a response from us within 24 hours with a price indication, based on the information you have provided and information about the extensions and options. At that time, you can also place the date on hold without obligation, so that it remains reserved for you while you consider your options further.

Step 3: Review wishes and possibilities

Would you like to go over the schedule and possibilities together? Then we would be happy to schedule a phone call or an in-person meeting. Via our supplementary online information sheet, you can provide us with your contact persons, schedule and location, favorite genres (and genres you prefer not to hear), and any song requests or special requests. We can then include this in the appointment and a potential custom quote.

Step 4: Align technology and logistics

Is sound and lighting equipment already present at the location? Then Uptown Coverband can also be booked on a plug-in basis. Conversely, if desired, we can coordinate the technology and facilities directly with the venue, master of ceremonies, or event planner – you do not have to act as an intermediary. Please also take into account the setup time, sound check, and the required space (free access to the performance area) – feel free to ask about the possibility of setting up earlier if that fits better into your schedule.

Step 5: the day (or evening) itself

On the day of your party, Uptown Coverband is present for 7 hours as standard: 2 hours before the start of the first set for setup and soundcheck, 4 hours during which the sets are distributed, and 1 hour after the end for dismantling. From your first request to the last note, you will always deal with the same dedicated point of contact within the band – personal contact and commitment, focused on one goal: helping to make your party a success.

From practice

Marleen wrote about her experience: “It is nerve-wracking to book a band online. But already during the first soundcheck, I knew we had made the right choice.” We want to give you exactly that confidence right from the first inquiry.

In short

From inquiry to performance, you follow a clear process with Uptown Coverband: a quick response, a no-obligation option on your date, personal coordination of wishes and technical aspects, and a single point of contact on the day itself. Want to know what is possible for your wedding, corporate party, or event? Submit a request via our website – we will respond within 24 hours.
